Pastor & Staff

Dr. David Charlton

 Pastor

A former United States Army veteran, Dr. Charlton answered the call to ministry following his military service — a transition that has shaped his approach to faith, leadership, and community ever since.  The completion of his doctorate degree Emory University — achieved alongside an active pastoral career — reflects the same discipline and commitment to excellence that has defined Dr. Charlton's service in both uniform and ministry. He is a scholar, a shepherd, and a servant leader whose depth of experience positions him well to guide Dade City First United Methodist Church.
